Between returning my company car and going on holiday I had only 1 day on which I would be able to be at home to receive the car and I'm grateful that you were able to arrange this in such a short space of time. I'd certainly use your services again and I'm already recommending you to friends (but I'm a rubbish salesman so don't expect anything!). Anyway, I'm already thinking of which car to order from you when my contract expires in 2013. Do you have any plans to start offering Chinese made cars? Every stage of the contract hire process is supported and you know exactly what is happening throughout. I will certainly be using LINGsCARS when this contract expires in 3 years time. Dealer Service – Average – My Mazda 2 arrived later than expected, no basic instruction on things like petrol release! Very quick turn around. I had originally seen Ling on Dragons Den and originally was concerned that all the transaction was carried out by e-mail but I need not have worried as Ling and her staff kept me fully advised from beginning to end of my Audi A5 Coupe order. In fact the most difficult part of the whole process was actually choosing a car that I wanted. There was so much choice! I have never leased a car before and was rather pessimistic about leasing as I have always owned my car. One visit to LingsCars.com totally changed my mind as it listed all the costs, how it all worked and instant access to a member of staff who also were brilliant when I asked questions. I am very happy with my new Qashqai and is the best decision I have ever made regarding cars as especially in this snowy weather the car is brilliant. I can't ever see myself buying a car again; I just don't see the point. Especially with what Ling is offering.
