 "I have had experience running a regional office of a car finance company, I have worked in car companies up to Director level, I have run my own business for the last 5 years, and I have owned plenty of cars. But never, never, never have I had such an enjoyable, easy, quick and simple buying experience as I have with Ling Valentine.

From first contact through to delivery, her quote was accurate, incredibly cheap and comprehensive. Her communication was immediate, not once did I wait longer than 5 minutes for an emailed or webchat response to my questions, and the delivery from the dealer she used was spot on and perfect.

I have to say that in the beginning I thought twice about ordering a brand-new £45k BMW 7-series (only £400/mth!) from a "Chinese female human UK car sales expert" instead of from a BMW dealer. But no BMW dealer could have provided this level of service AND she saved me a total of £4000 over 2-years with cheaper payments AND delivered a perfect car at the cheapest price.

You have managed to get us 2 x BMW 7-Series 730's for just £400/month each! How amazing is that! These are £45,000+ cars, and I am paying rentals that are more usually associated with a 3-Series, or a baby Lexus.

My sales managers have promised to double their efforts if I got them top-spec new cars, and they are unlikely to drive better cars than these, in all their careers. The price was FANTASTIC, delivery was spot on, your paperwork and efficiency was immaculate, your communication immediate and no false claims! I tell you what, you rival Alan Sugar for brilliance, never mind The Apprentice!  "As an accountant who works for a 6-dealership car chain, I was simply amazed at Ling's prices on her website. There is no way that our dealer group could match them. When I spoke to her, I found out the secret to her low prices; efficiency and low overheads.

I live near Gateshead, and I was so impressed with what she told me that I asked if I could meet her and look at her books. Ling agreed. Most dealer groups need to make at least £1000 per car in order to cover costs, whereas Ling can do it for between £50-£100, sometimes less. And still make a profit. That is truly astounding. My mouth literally dropped open when I saw her turnover, all juggled by Ling on her own. Ling has slashed EVERY ounce of waste out of her business. She is truly the Ryanair of car salespeople!

Anyhow, I chose a BMW 320d Touring, and I was so impressed that I ordered a new Mini for my wife. I am an accountant and Ling managed to DOUBLE my car order! Looking back, that is amazing. This certainly is the cheapest way to run a new car, if you can guess your mileage and stick to it!"

Some delay initially - but more due to Honda not responding to Ling (yes, Honda overcomitted on Jazzes, and the available cars were overpromised by Honda, sorry about that, happens sometimes with these big suppliers and not under my control - Ling). We then switched to a Citroen C4 (better car - Ling) and Ling got us a great one-off deal. There was some limitation to the choice of makes (I can't ever supply everything! Sorry about that - Ling) but her prices more than make up for this. Her website is clear - it's informative and fun. All my emails and phone calls were returned promptly. This was a new experience for us, we will keep in touch and return in two years!!!

CarLing is the maddest Chinese bird I have ever come across. She found me the only available Mini Cooper in the UK, plus she delivered it in double-quick time. I have worked this out (I am an accountant): This is certainly the cheapest way to run a brand-new car, in the UK today (My red letters - Ling). I am 100% satisfied, 100% recommend Ling, and am 100% happy with my new Mini Cooper! Perfect service from the BMW Mini dealer, too, by the way.

CarWebsite is fun/crazy/easy to use - that's what made me use Ling!

Service over the phone and via the online chat was quick and easy - no hassle. My BMW Z4 arrived less than 4 weeks from looking on her website - excellent! The car arrived when Ling said it would - not very clean outside, but then after 400 miles on a trailer (in December! - Ling) I guess that's not Ling's fault.

Editor Note: Ah, you see Philip; I always say sometimes car can be delayed... I have investigated this delay and it was due to bloody French - they damn bloody foreigners smelling garlic. The communist dock workers at Calais created a bottleneck at Channel Tunnel that affected ALL Citroen and Peugeot cars this month. Only cars already in UK got delivered on time. Of course this is not dealer fault or my fault, but French European socialist leftie union freeloader fault. They should take lesson from China Communist experiment, and just pretend to be communist while really being raging capitalists. Mind you, French and Chinese governments equally corrupt. I am Managing Director of a car supermarket business with 5 sites (to date) and 500 cars in stock. Yet I STILL can't run my own cars for staff and courtesy cars for customers as cheaply as you can supply them to me. So I am forced into the embarassing position of having to order from you; 1 x Merc E Class, 1 x BMW X5, 6 x VW Golfs, 2 X VW Tourans, 10 X Honda Jazz, 1 X SAAB Convertible, 1 X BMW Z4 and finally 1 X VW Passat, so far, this year.

The main way that my business undercuts the car supermarket and franchised car sales competition is by lowering costs and cutting overheads. Your contract hire cars, which are the cheapest in the industry, enable me to do that. If your turnover continues to grow as fast as it currently is, your car sales total (in £'s) will equal ours (with 50 staff and 5 sites) by the end of 2006! You are amazing.
